Job Description
SURESTAFF is hiring for a Recruiter I to work in Bedford, MI. The Recruiter is the main contact between assigned customers and candidates. Typical daily duties include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, reference checks, employee counseling, reviews, and follow-up with the customers and candidates. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment!
Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity.
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: 8am-4pm

Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter:
Conduct recruiting efforts for clients’ needs
Source & review applicants, conduct interviews
Develop job advertisements for open positions
Network through trade groups, social media and employees
Conduct background checks on new hires as needed.
Preferred Qualifications of the Corporate Recruiter:
High School Diploma and equivalent work experience.
Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and one Saturday a month
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
