Job Description
We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. The Customer Care Representative provides dedicated customer support while communicating effectively, and accurately recording customer concerns. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of current products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a partnership with customers to problem solve effectively, efficiently and with maximum customer experience scores. Located in Coppell, TX. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. $15.00 an hour. This is a temp to permanent position. Daily Customer Service Representative Duties:- Interact with customers providing knowledgeable support and insight
- Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
- Review customer transaction records
- Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues arise
- Respond to customer questions.
- Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
- Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
Required Customer Service Representative Qualifications:Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. Qualifying applicants will possess the following attributes that lend to their ability to succeed in this customer-oriented role:- Data Entry experience
- Experience handling customer
- Growth-oriented
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via written and verbal channels
