SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Manufacturing/Distribution company in Surprise, AZ. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.13/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, chat requests, and emails from consumers, acquires and logs all required information, and responds to customers in a professional and empathetic manner
Strive at all times to turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied repeat customer
Issue return authorizations and replacement orders
Immediately escalate consumer safety and other time-sensitive complaints to Management according to the escalation plan
Monitor social media and online platforms for product complaints, suggestions, and requests for information, and responds in a timely manner
Assist with compiling reports, writing and editing documentation
Effectively communicates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual and verbal communication
Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
Two (2) years customer service, order entry, or administrative experience
Knowledge of:
Customer service principles
Customer centered communication skills
Identifying and resolving problems
Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Identifying related online chat forums, shopping and reviews and comments
Perform basic math, using Microsoft Excel to find sum, percentage, average, median
Ability to:
Develop a familiarity with all Company products
Actively listen and apply problem solving techniques
Represent the Company with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Exhibit detail and attention to accuracy in work
Complete tasks with minimal supervision
Actively problem solve and multi-task
Work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and/or holidays
Analyze problems and provide recommendations
Apply organizational skills
Work within tight timelines and meet deadlines
Work effectively with diverse personalities in a tactful, decisive, and resourceful manner
Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diverse colleagues located in multiple locations
Resolve conflicts and build trust
Exhibit a cooperative, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Follow verbal and written instructions
Communicate effectively both verbally and written
