SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Customer Service Representative for a company in Wauconda, IL The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20-$22/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 1st Shift. Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and stay current with the company’s ERP system.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Process customer orders and quote requests with timely acknowledgments:
Set up and maintain customer accounts and records.
Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up.
Provide feedback on customer issues to appropriate departments.
Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
Understand product features and applications to better serve customer needs.
Apply knowledge of pricing structures (cost, list price, discounts) and upsell where appropriate.
Handle international trade data requests and complete customer-generated forms.
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma; associate’s degree or bachelor degree in business or related field preferred but not required
Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred but not required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customers
Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
