SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives Help for a large, well-known client in Streamwood, IL. As a Customer Service Professional for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Customer Service
Clerical Duties and Office Support
Administrative Duties
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st shift- 9:00am-5:30pm. Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence, documentation, and other materials
Maintain and update files and databases
Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate party
Provide quotes and take purchase orders.
Exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes.
Strong computer skills.
Driver's license and clean driving record.
Prepare paper copies, faxes, and other documentation
Maintain files containing confidential information
Ability to read Hindi/Gujarati language.
Customer Service Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma; associate’s degree or bachelor degree in business or related field preferred but not required
Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred but not required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Solid time management skills; able to prioritize
