SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Customer Service Rep for a large, well-known client in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As a Customer Service Rep for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Inbound/Outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities.
Multi-client facility coordinating between operations and client services.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5pm Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:
Tracing the data integrity of the shipments
Working on cases specific to client
POD requests • Clearing of reclamations
Communication and handling of escalations
Constantly checking of SOP’s (Statement of Procedures)
Supporting the service provider in the process of stock inventories
Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Rep:
SAP and SalesForce experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Effective management of time and multi-tasking
