SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Customer Service Rep for a large, well-known client in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As a Customer Service Rep for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Inbound/Outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities.
Multi-client facility coordinating between operations and client services.

Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm Responsibilities of the Warehouse Coordinator:
Monitor performance and adjust changing demands to meet customer specifications.
Resolve issues interfering with on-time completion of orders.
Communicate/escalate issues.
Monitor inventory levels and work with operations to ensure inventory is correctly allocated for outbound orders.
Ensure that inventory is properly allocated to meet wave plans and customer demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance warehouse operations and streamline workflows.
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Coordinator:
Previous experience handling office responsibilities and is proficient with their computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Extensive and demonstrable experience in the use of Excel and SAP's (software that helps manage and keep track of company data, like financial, records, customer data, and employee info)
Experience in production/logistics processes, preferably in contract logistics
