SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Account Representatives for a global supply chain company in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $23-24/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: 1st : 8am-4:30 (M-F) Warehouse Account Representative Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage and reply to all inquiries received from client within 2 hours
Sales order entry and follow up through logistics
Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules or plans as required
Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others
Assist Account Manager in providing technical advice and to resolve problems
Correspond with customer to ensure customer requirements are met
Create and maintain reports as required by customer
Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with customer as needed
Monitor processes related to customer specific requirements
Follow up to ensure that SLA of all projects are met
Provide customer support
Maintain client confidentiality
Provide backup for Account Manager as well as other team members as needed
Warehouse Account Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma; or related field
Previous experience handling office responsibilities and is proficient with their computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Viso and Excel)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Ability to work overtime as required
Extensive and demonstrable experience in the use of Excel and SAP's
Experience in production/logistics processes, preferably in contract logistics.
Previous experience in a fast-paced, high volume warehouse environment.
Strong analytical skills.
