SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a large distribution center located in Joliet, IL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing customer orders and making sure they get to the proper location each day. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts include: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Processing customer orders
Taking orders and labels to the warehouse multiple times per day
Moving Scan gun files from one folder to another
Copy data and paste information into FedEx and UPS computers
Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
Typing experience- 50-60 wpm
Previous experience working in an office environment
Knowledge of the global logistics industry
Proficient computer skills, specifically MS Office programs
Ability to work in a very busy and active office environment
