SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Customer Care Representative for a company in Richardson, TX. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18.00-$19.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include-Monday-Friday-7:30am-5pm Daily Customer Service Representative Duties:
Provide sales support
Interact with customers providing knowledgeable support and insight
Book customer deliveries
Data entry of orders into system
Take customer orders and advise on best products
Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
Review customer transaction records
Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues arise
Respond to customer questions
Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
Required Customer Service Representative Qualifications:Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. Qualifying applicants will possess the following attributes that lend to their ability to succeed in this customer-oriented role:
Upsell efficiently
Present the company well
Data Entry experience
Experience handling customer
Growth-oriented
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via written and verbal channels
