Job Description
SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Distribution Associates for a Distribution Center in Byhalia, MS. As a Distribution Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: - Picker / Packer
- Inventory Control (RF Scanners)
- Load/Unload
No experience is necessary for qualified applicants! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($15.50-16/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include:
(2nd shift-3:30pm-5am)Tuesday-Friday
(3rd Shift) 6pm-6am. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Distribution Associates:- Load boxes and containers into the conveyor.
- Accurately place all products on the shelves
- Dispose of used/unneeded packaging.
- Help with regular inventory management.
- Help package any outgoing orders and ensure the order is ready on schedule.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Required Qualifications of the Distribution Associates:- High school diploma/equivalent
- Position will require heavy lifting
- Read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety.
