Taking High Voltage Power Projects and Building them into Development Packages to improve Product Development for the Company and Stakeholders
Goal to get to Grid Level for Product Development with clients in Energy storage, power generation, renewable energy, power conversion.
Looking for Senior Power Management Design Engineer that can Plan, Design, Lead, Mentor Projects Energy storage, power generation, renewable energy, power conversion focusing on Grid Level Power (Megawatts-ideal, Kilowatts with goal to get to Grid Level for Product Development)
Right Candidate should know how to get to right direction with software, cross-functional teams, willing to adapt, must be on-site (Product Development, Be able to offer best use of solutions with options, and to be able to list why these options are the best with price and other functions. Silver Medalist will look at someone with High Voltage Power Supply Launches with these skills and knowledges
Job Description
Performs a variety of engineering work in the planning and design of products, tools, machines, and other electrically functioning equipment. Works closely with other engineering disciplines to increase production quality, efficiency, or volume.
Job Responsibilities:
· Project Management and Design Lead of new Power products (Plan, Design, Lead, Mentor Projects Energy storage, power generation, renewable energy, power conversion focusing on Grid Level Power) (Megawatts-ideal, Kilowatts with goal to get to Grid Level for Product Development)
Qualification Requirements:
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to focus efforts, overcome obstacles and complete key objectives
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Mentor and develop younger engineers in design and critical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working Environment:

Salary Range- Based on the Quality of Interview in Relation to Job Description- 125-140K
