SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Electromechanical assembler for a client in Arlington, TX. TheElectromechanical assembler will assemble mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment on a production line. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $19 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: Monday - Friday from 5am to 2pmESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS for the Electromechanical assembler:• Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products • Use handheld tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters and drills • Perform soldering in a subassembly operation • Maintain inventory of product in workstations • Perform quality work checks to assure the product meets established standards • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified • Rework and/or repair according to engineering specification changes • Contributes to team effort completing assigned tasks and seeking out new tasks to advance the team’s goals • Able to work in lean, production environment completing tasks on time • Communicates effectively with others and can function and get along in a team environment. • Maintain a clean and safe work area
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS for the Electromechanical assembler: • Uncompromised approach to and respect for confidentiality • Unquestionable workplace ethics • Own all assigned tasks • Welcoming, positive and inclusive attitude • Ability to communicate with, and work effectively through other people at all levels of the Company • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great follow-up and follow-through skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively without continuous supervision • Maintains good attendance and reports to work on time so as not to impact production schedule
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE for the Electromechanical assembler:• High School Diploma or GED • 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required • Basic reading skills.
