SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Embroidery Operator for a large, well-known client in Coppell, TX. We’re searching for a skilled embroidery machine operator to add to our team. In this role, it will be your job to set up embroidery machines and operate them. You’ll be tasked with carrying out the sewing work that has been requested by our clients. This can involve sewing logos into fabric, creating various patterns, and similar tasks. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm Sunday - Thursday Embroidery Operator Duties and Responsibilities
Set up embroidery machines and select the thread and fabric that will be used for each job
Sew logos, initials, and other patterns into fabric
Perform regular machine maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot any problems that arise with your machine and resolve them
Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency
Embroidery Operator Requirements and Qualifications
Expert-level embroidery machine operation ability
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and understand technical manuals
Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics and patterns
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization skills.
