Surestaff is immediately hiring Roll Thread Operators for a manufacturing facility in Hampshire, IL. This company specializes in producing high-performance construction materials used for waterproofing, concrete protection, and building envelope systems. Extruder Operators will be responsible for running machinery, adjusting settings, and ensuring consistent production of quality materials to support construction and infrastructure projects.Surestaff is invested in their team members! Available shift: • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime may be required depending on production needs. Responsibilities of the Roll Thread Operator: • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion/Roll Thread machinery • Load materials onto machines using a hoist • Pump ingredients between tanks as needed • Measure thickness and make machine adjustments for quality • Track scrap material and complete required paperwork • Identify and report equipment issues • Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean work area • Meet production rate expectations and support team operations Required Qualifications of the Extruder Operator: • Must be bilingual, English/Spanish • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to processes • Basic math and mechanical skills • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • High school diploma or GED • Forklift experience is a plus
