SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Fabrication Helper in Terrell, TX. As a Fabrication Helper for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
Quality Assurance
Welding Department
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $17 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Thursday, 7am-4pm Overtime is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Responsibilities of the Fabrication Helper:
Assist the welders in the welding department
Load and unload pallets.
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.
Required Qualifications of the Fabrication Helper:
Previous warehouse, machinist, quality control, welding experience is a plus
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
