We have a direct hire opening on 2nd shift for a Team Lead with pay rates ranging from $28-35/hr DOE. OT may be required.
2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm
What you will be doing...- Lead a team of operators
- Building out 2nd shift- currently only a 1st shift operation
- Maintain work area and work in a safe manner
Requirements...- Capable of operating a hydraulic brake press and performing setups
- Prior experience with laser cutting machines for sheet metal, CO2 of Fiber (Bystronic preferred)
- Able to train on 1st shift 6am-2:30pm until comfortable moving to 2nd shift
