SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Fabricator for a client in Dallas, TX. The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating processes and configuring manufacturing systems to improve operating capability and sustainability while maintaining all applicable safety and reliability standards; to develop best practices within the production process; to research and propose new equipment or equipment modifications. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation $20.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmFabricator Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare metal hose assemblies prior to welding.
Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) to identify required components and overall assembly measurements.
Pull correct parts and materials based on job requirements.
Measure, cut, and assemble metal hoses to specified lengths.
Ensure assemblies are properly prepared before transferring them to the welding booth.
Operate basic fabrication tools including hand tools, saws, grinders, snips, and crimpers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
Fabricator Skills and Competencies:
Previous fabrication or shop experience preferred.
Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
