SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Flex Molding Operators for a client in Allen, TX. The Flex Molding Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining flex molding machinery to produce high-quality molded products. The ideal candidate will have experience with molding processes, strong mechanical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $17 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday - Friday 7am to 4:30pm. Responsibilities of the Flex Molding Operator:
Operate flex molding machines to produce molded parts or products according to established specifications and production schedules.
Set up and adjust molding machines, including configuring molds, adjusting temperature, pressure, and other machine parameters.
Monitor machine operations and production output, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on flex molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect molded products for defects and take corrective actions as needed to ensure high-quality production.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, product counts, and quality inspection reports.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior operators as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency and address any operational challenges.
Required Qualifications of the Flex Molding Operator:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience operating flex molding machines or other molding equipment (preferred).
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
