Stand-Up Forklift Operator – Des Plaines, IL Pay Rate: $18.50/hour + $100 Sign-On Bonus SURESTAFF is hiring Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a well-established client in Des Plaines, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in warehouse operations—ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
Safely load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
Perform picking, packing, and labeling duties efficiently and safely
Move and organize products within the warehouse
Complete returns processing and required documentation
Conduct basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift (required)
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work overtime as needed
