Job Description
SURESTAFF is looking for Forklift Operators for the food company, Hello Fresh, in Aurora, IL. The Forklift Operator would be responsible for ensuring that packages are loaded/unloaded from pallet jacks.
SURESTAFF is invested in its team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation starting at $19.50 - $21/hr and a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts:Sunday - Wednesday1st shift: 4am - 2:30pm
2nd shift: 2pm - 12:30am
Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments inside the warehouse facility.
- Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of deliveries and shipments.
- Performs picking/packing duties efficiently and safely while meeting the company's service and time standards.
- Label every product and move them accordingly within the warehouse.
Required Qualifications of the Forklift Operator: - At least 1 year of forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) is required.
- Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Dress warmly for a cold environment of 35° F degrees throughout the warehouse.
