Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely and accurate manner
Pick, stage, and organize product according to order requirements
Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment and report any mechanical issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Follow all warehouse safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures
Accurately document inventory movements and complete required paperwork or digital logs
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of verifiable sit-down forklift experience
Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality — early morning start time required
Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills for inventory and documentation purposes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience with pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment
