Formulation Mixer Pay: $19 Shift: Monday – Friday 6am to 3:30 pm Job DescriptionSUMMARY: Responsible for the process of ordered goods while keeping the warehouse well-organized as well as receiving herbal material for the usage of production processes. Works hand-in-hand with Manager/Formulation Lead to fulfill required requests in completion in a timely matter. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives herbal materials, communicates with QC for release, and transfers herbal material into necessary locations for production usage.
Reads supervisor’s instructions to determine types and quantities of herbal materials to weigh and arrange.
Records the weight of barrels of herbal materials and places labels on barrels.
Transfers weighed barrels of herbal materials to production or storage areas in Oracle.
Completes move tickets with information such as lot number, part number, weight, etc.
Keeps record of all formulation procedures.
Processes new job/kits pertaining to formulation – LAE & LAP.
Keeps clear communication with Manager and Formulation Associates to ensure all raw materials/inventory are up to date to complete jobs required.
Completes data entry in Oracle – Discrete jobs, move order pick slips, subinventory transfers, inter-organization-transfers, ship requests, WIP Transactions, WIP Material Transaction, Complete Transactions, Inventory, creates labels, etc.
Records transactions of material received/shipped as far as raw materials, finished products, and returns.
Communicates with vendors and trucking companies to schedule appointments for payments, and keeps communication with staff to inquire about QC releases.
Receives returned merchandise authorizations in Oracle for the Order Department/Shipping Department.
Handles raw material bill of landings and creates bill of ladings for returns/processing.
Assists with spreadsheets using MS Excel/MS Word, such as Forecast, Formula Requisitions, inventory, etc.
Compare, process, or maintain a variety of reports and documents.
