SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Warehouse Associates (General Laborers) in Carol Stream, IL. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All Temp-To-Hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20.50/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate (General Laborers):
Assist in assembling, sorting, or packaging products as required.
Operate basic machinery and equipment safely (training provided).
Follow instructions from supervisors and meet daily production goals.
Load and unload raw materials or finished goods.
Perform basic quality control checks and notify supervisors of any defects.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate (General Laborers):
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Positive attitude and reliability.
Experience in Manufacturing is a plus
Experience with Sheet Metal preferred
