SURESTAFF is immediately hiring General Laborers in Aurora, IL. As a general labor worker for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced food production environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
- Food Handling
- Quality Assurance
- Sanitation work
- Kitchen preparing
No experience is necessary and qualified applicants can start immediately! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. You will be working in a cold environment of 35-40 degrees.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation $17-19.50 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shifts include the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. You will be paid weekly and you will have the eligibility to have on site discounted meals for $3!
Responsibilities of the General Laborers:
- Process & prepare customer orders by preparing food items with correct seasonings for cooking.
- Perform cold food prep (chopping, slicing, portioning) 
- Portion ingredients into individual food packaging
- Delicately pack weekly recipe ingredients into a standard shipping box
- Sticker, construct, and organize packaging materials
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Adhere to and promotes all safety policies and procedures
General Labor Job Requirements:

Position requires lifting heavy products or materials.
Position entails standing, twisting, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
