SURESTAFF is immediately hiring HR Manager Consultant for a company in Flower Mound, TX. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the HR Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation 68k as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include Monday-Friday 8am-5pm HR Manager Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee relations and manager support
Recruiting, onboarding, and staffing
Payroll/timekeeping and HRIS
Benefits and leave administration
Performance management
Policies, compliance, and employee documentation
General day-to-day HR operations
HR Manager Consultant Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma; associate’s degree or bachelor degree in business or related field preferred but not required
Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred but not required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customers
Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
