Seeking Human Resources Manager in Norwalk, OH. Opportunity to partner with Plant Manager and function as a Business Partner and be a Change Agent. Golden opportunity for someone who wants a lead role to enforce and motivate positive change. Main areas of responsibility include recruiting, supervision, employee relations and supporting safety. Plays an important role in being part of the Plant Management team and support Operations. Plans, administers and supervises human resources activities under the general supervision of the Plant Manager. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Human Resources Management or related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of seven years of experience in a manufacturing human resources management role; minimum of five years of experience in a unionized setting.
Proficient in all Federal and State employment and local Worker’s Compensation laws.
