SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a ISO 9001 & Regulatory Compliance Manager for a well-established manufacturing client in Haltom City, TX. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing quality management systems and ensuring full compliance with safety regulations across the facility.
The ISO 9001 & Regulatory Compliance Manager will lead ISO 9001 implementation, OSHA compliance efforts, internal and external audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in quality management within a manufacturing or industrial environment and a strong understanding of regulatory standards.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am to 4pm Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Responsibilities of the ISO 9001 & Regulatory Compliance Manager:
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Ensure full compliance with OSHA health and safety regulations.
Plan, conduct, and document internal audits; coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections.
Analyze quality and safety data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop, track, and report key quality and safety performance metrics.
Provide quality and safety training to production and operations staff.
Act as liaison between quality, engineering, production teams, and customers as needed.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications of the ISO 9001 & Regulatory Compliance Manager:
Previous experience in quality management or quality assurance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and OSHA regulations.
Proven experience conducting audits and managing corrective and preventive actions.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
High attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
