Millennium Staffing is immediately hiring a IT Knowledge Management Analyst for a well known company in Memphis, TN Millennium Staffing is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $61.70/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 8a-5p IT Knowledge Management Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:• Execute and educate on our Knowledge Management program.• Follow and implement a knowledge management/information architecture and taxonomy.• Monitor content in controlled spaces and domains to ensure compliance with templates and organization.• Conduct end user interviews and testing to optimize knowledge user experience and search capabilities (including AI).• Review Critical Governance policies and procedures for clarity and standardization. It Knowledge Management Analyst Requirements and Qualifications:• Preferred candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.• Preferred candidate has familiarity Knowledge Management governance.• Preferred candidate has experience with SharePoint and/or Atlassian Confluence.• Preferred -- but not required -- at least 3 years of experience in a Knowledge Management or documentation role.• Preferred -- but not required – experience with prompt engineering.
