SURESTAFF is hiring a Illustrator to work for a well-known client in Lake Barrington. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment!

Available shifts: 8am-4:30pm Responsibilities of the Illustrator:
Create, monitor, review, and enforce company brand guidelines
Prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone and over messaging.
Source, track, and organize candidate profiles in Avionte.
Communicate, problem-solve daily and follow up routinely with existing associates, teammates, and employees to make sure all assignments are going as expected.
Sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for clients within the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor industries.
Preferred Qualifications of the Illustrator:
Extensive knowledge of separating artwork
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CS
Knowledge of automatic and manual screen print presses
Hands-on screen print experience is required
Ability to maintain quality of work and productivity in a fast-paced, highly efficient environment with tight timelines and shifting priorities
Excellent attention to detail, technical documentation, and organization skills
Team player with a strong work ethic: able to mentor others and willing to learn
