SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Industrial Paint Line Technician – Turret Sprayer Specialist for a large, well-known client in Mundelein, IL. The Industrial Paint Line Technician – Turret Sprayer Specialist is responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company our standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with construction painting and the use of various tools is essential. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($21/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available Shifts: 8-hour shifts, overtime and weekends as needed Responsibilities of Turret Sprayer Specialist:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Fabricate and assemble components as needed for specific projects.
Perform auto body repair tasks when required to ensure surfaces are ready for finishing.
Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and quantities of materials needed.
Operate forklifts and cranes safely to transport materials around the work site.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the painting process.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Required Qualifications of the Turret Sprayer Specialist:
Proven experience in turret painting is preferred.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to painting tasks.
Ability to fabricate components as necessary for specific projects.
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs are essential.
Experience operating forklifts and cranes is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
