SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Inside Territory Sales Manager for a safety products distributor in Grand Prairie, TX. A successful Inside Territory Sales Manager will be highly self-motivated, competitive, and passionate about workplace safety. This position is responsible for selling quality personal protective equipment (PPE) to businesses in a competitive market, while growing existing accounts and prospecting new business opportunities. Strong closing skills, account management experience, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships are essential for success in this role.

All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20–$24/hour based on experience) with the opportunity for commission upon full-time, permanent employment. A benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) is available upon hire.

• 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities of the Inside Territory Sales Manager:
• Generate new business through outbound phone calls and prospecting efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
• Identify customer needs and create sales opportunities
• Overcome objections by offering effective solutions
• Negotiate pricing to increase margins and profitability
• Close sales and consistently achieve sales targets
• Upsell products and services to grow accounts
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Develop and manage customer accounts to increase sales and gross profit
• Travel up to 33% as needed to support business growth
Required Qualifications of the Inside Territory Sales Manager:
• Previous business-to-business sales or sales management experience required
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Competitive personality with a strong drive for results
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and self-motivation
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years of inside sales experience (preferably in a phone sales environment)
