SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Jr Graphic Artistfor a company in Coppell, TX. The Jr Graphic Designer is responsible for client artwork and creating new designs and brand management based on information, communication, and client needs. This position bases most designs on established templates and style guides with occasional opportunities for more freeform creative projects; however basic knowledge of print and production techniques are required for efficient design outputs. Ability to manage time, accuracy and detail is important to work through the varied projects assigned. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $15.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Jr Graphic Artist Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborates with internal and external clients as needed. • Conceptualizes visual arrangements, and develops illustrations, logos, ads, and graphics.• Creates and manages logo sheets and client artwork for new and established clients.• Works closely with Program Managers on artwork and meeting project timelines. • Prepares finished files ready for application, works within design workflow tools, updates files and data as necessary to track and archive project work.• Customizes and creates championship logos and other designs.• Assists with additional tasks where applicable.• Actively engage in safety programs. Jr Graphic Artist Requirements and Qualifications:• Associates Degree or equivalent.• 0-3 years of previous job-related work experience required, including apparel design.• Experience working with Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, InDesign, apparel design.• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office software applications.• Must possess strong communication and partnership skills.• Must be able to work under tight deadlines and handle changes to priorities on a short notice.• Must have strong problem-solving skills. • Must have the ability to exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices.• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, stand, talk, hear, walk and use hands and fingers; occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 30 pounds. • Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.• Must be able to use standard office equipment and review and proof documents.
