Job Description
SURESTAFF is hiring Kitchen Assistants for Factor, a HelloFresh company, in Aurora, IL. As a Kitchen Assistant for SURESTAFF, you will work closely with the blast chill before food is ready to go out to the production floor.

Pay Rates:
$17 - $18.50/hour depending on the shift
Shift Hours: 4am - 2:30pm2pm - 12:30am10pm - 6:30am
**PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities: - Perform cold food prep (chopping, slicing, portioning).
- Open boxes of raw veggies or meats; prepare food onto trays with proper spices and seasoning.
- Portion ingredients into individual food packaging. Delicately pack weekly recipe ingredients into a standard shipping box.
- Wrapcarts with shrink wrap and ensure the wrap and label are placed correctly.
- Meet processing and prepare quota standards with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures.
Kitchen Assistant Required Qualifications: - Previous food, grocery, or restaurant experience preferred.
- Dress warmly! Cold environment (35 degrees).
- Slip-resistant shoes are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
