Overview: The Line Lead is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a production line, ensuring production goals are met, quality standards are upheld, and equipment operates efficiently. This role calls for a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep the team engaged and productive.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Oversight & Efficiency
Arrive before the shift begins to ensure equipment and materials are ready for production.
Communicate daily targets clearly and work with the team to achieve 100% of goals.
Monitor live production data and adjust workflow as needed to stay on track.
Complete and submit daily batch records and production paperwork at the end of each shift.
Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting
Develop a thorough understanding of production line machinery to troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to maintain smooth operations.
Support preventative maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Quality Control & Compliance
Inspect products regularly to ensure they meet all quality and specification standards.
Accurately complete all documentation related to quality control and compliance.
