Job Description
SURESTAFF is hiring Loaders/Unloaders - Forklift for a large, well-known client in Des Plaines, IL. As a Loaders/Unloader - Forklft for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: - Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
- Quality Assurance
- Inventory Control (RF Scanners)
- Stand Up Forklift Operator

SURESTAFF is invested in its team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $17.50/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shifts include: 7AM-3:30PM
Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Loaders/Unloaders - Forklift:- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments inside the warehouse facility.
- Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of deliveries and shipments.
- Performs picking/packing duties efficiently and safely while meeting the company's service and time standards.
- Label every product and move them accordingly within the warehouse.
- Operate stand up/reach truck forklift.
- Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance.
- Using RF scanners.
Required Qualifications of the Loaders/Unloaders-Forklift: - At least 1 year of stand up/reach truck forklift recent experience is required.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Heavy lifting up to 60 lbs. and standing for long periods.
