Job Title: Machine Operator – Blow Mold Injection
Pay During Training: $20.00/hour & After training $1 diff
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 7AM-7PM
Training Duration: Approximately 2 weeks (may vary based on individual progress and performance)
Operate and monitor blow mold injection machines used in the production of plastic bottles.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Remove finished products from machines and prepare them for packaging.
Perform basic machine adjustments as instructed during training.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Complete production and quality documentation as required.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn and be trained on machine operations.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Ability to work a rotating 2nd shift schedule after training.
