If this is you, we want to talk to you about direct-hire second shift Machine Operator. Shift:  2pm-10pm (paid lunch break) -must be available to train on 1st shift 6am-2pmPay: up to $24/hr -experience and quality of interview factor in, along with an additional $1.25/hr shift premium.
What you will do...
  • Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, Gemba boards, and verbal as well as written instructions.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate production machines per established procedures and guidelines.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, depth & height gauges, Sunnen gauges & plug gauges, hand tools, and operator manual machines.
  • Set up and/or verify preset gauges for proper calibration as required, and inspect own work to ensure quality and quantity standards.
  • Prepare and maintain quality records.
  • This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with a US permanent residence. (A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder)
  • Strong reliability – it is crucial that this person can work as scheduled to meet our customers’ requirements.
  • Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in operating CNC manufacturing equipment.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent with mechanical aptitude and a minimum one-year previous experience.
  • Must be able to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Rotate between multiple machines, lift up to 50lbs occasionally, and stand for an entire shift.
  • Other duties as assigned.
