SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Coater Operators for a client in Hampshire, IL. The Coater Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation $17-$18 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st (M-TH 5am-5pm & Fridays 5am-1pm) and 3rd (M-TH 5p-5a & Some Fridays) Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Coater Operator:
Perform quality checks throughout individual job process and remove poor quality product/scrap when necessary.
Identify coated rolls accordingly – use labels, complete 5S check sheet daily, clean roll(s) as necessary, remove coated roll(s) from machine as needed.
Submit sample retains to Quality Control on every master roll
Machine set-up (cylinders, rollers, film, etc.)
Package rolls according to instructions
Unload Wintech as needed
Required Qualifications of the Coater Operator:
Ability to use a tape measure or other inspection devices.
The individual must be efficient, quality conscious, and able to adhere to Company Safety Rules.
Coating or Printing experience of 1 or 2 years minimum
Able to maneuver up t0 300lbs and able to lift up to 125lbs
