SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a supplement client in Midlothian, TX. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished supplement products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $19.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 2nd shift 2pm to 12:30am Monday – ThursdayResponsibilities of the Machine Operator:
Setting up, operating, disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling encapsulation equipment.
Loading and unloading the encapsulation machine, monitoring the process, and adjusting machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications.
Inspecting the product for defects and ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
Maintaining accurate records of encapsulation process parameters and reporting any abnormalities.
Identifying and resolving minor machine issues.
Adhering to safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator:
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with machinery operation.
Familiarity with SOPs and GMPs for encapsulation processes.
Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and machine manuals.
Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
