Job Description
Direct-hire opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shift at an automotive supplier that produces complex metal and hybrid structures for body-in-white and chassis that are lightweight, economical, and crash-proof. This family-owned company has been around for over 200 years. Hours: 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6amPay: $30.25/hr or $33.50/hr with a journeyman card (50 cent shift hourly premium for 2nd and $1 for 3rd) What you will do:
Debug and assist in correcting all tooling, robotics, controls, weld cycles, and all other equipment-related improvements
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns
Preventative program
Clean, oil, and degrease machines
Setup robotic welding stations
Participate in continuous improvement projects
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, tune equipment, and ensure controls and safety measures are functional
Repair or replace parts as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience in maintenance repair of Fanuc robotics
Minimum of 2 years spot welding and resistance welding experience
