Direct Hire Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (2 Openings)
First-Shift Full-Time Position with World Class Benefits
We are looking to grow our Manufacturing Team at our Corporate Headquarters in the Northwest Indianapolis Manufacturing Center.
As a Manufacturing Technician, you receive hands-on training on installing options and accessories for custom-configured CNC Machine Tools; and learn how to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines. As the “last line of defense” between our factory and end-users, your position is critical in ensuring the success of our customers, and to reach company sales and revenue targets. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for installing customer specific options on a machine that has been shipped to Indy from Taiwan and does the quality control checks and then installs any customer specific option before it ships directly to our customer.
Your main day in the life significant achievement with one of the positions will be to safely transport our machinery using top of the line Class VII (7) Lift Trucks.
We are looking for certified Class VII (7) series lift truck operators who also are willing to help install, troubleshoot, train and problem-solve when needed so mechanical and electrical aptitude is strongly recommended.

Requirements:
Mechanical/Electrical aptitude preferred.
Experience being comfortable and safe when it comes to transporting heavy CNC related machinery using a Class VII (7) Lift Truck while also being willing to help with installation and manufacturing technician issues when needed.
Day in the Life will usually consist of 25-30 percent of time using Class VII (7) Lift Truck for heavy CNC machinery related equipment transportation, storage, and continuous improvement manufacturing technician projects and the remaining part of the day will be guiding, training, developing, and successfully ensuring the mechanical and electrical installations of the projects on the floor with other manufacturing technicians when needed.
Associate degree or Manufacturing Experience a plus
Starting Base Hourly Rate of $20-22/hr. plus benefits including but not limited: - Year Wage Compensation Range 45-55K
