Job Description
SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Material Handler for a large, well-known client in Crawfordsville, IN. As a Material Handler for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:- Loading sleeves of book pages into machines weighing 50lbs-60lbs
- Quality Assurance
- Book production

Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis!
Material Handler Shift Hours:rotating 12 hour shifts6am-6pm (2 days on, 3 days off. Then 3 days on, 2days off)
Responsibilities of the Material Handler:- Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
- Process outbound shipments.
- Load and unload pallets.
- Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.
Required Qualifications of the Material Handler:- Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Repetitive heavy lifting up to 50lbs-60lbs
