SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Hampshire, IL. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for an essential part of the client's core operations, ensuring that quality product is being assembled and examined in a timely manner. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Positions are long-term temporary and offer competitive compensation ($18/HR.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts include:1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler:
Assemble products according to specifications
Follow documentation, prints, bills of material, etc. to properly assemble product
Examine parts being used on assemblies
Reject parts if unacceptable
Required Qualifications of the Mechanical Assembler:
Mechanically inclined; experience with hand, air, or power tools
1+ year of previous related work experience in mechanical assembly
Familiarity with engines and hydraulics is a plus
Ability to read prints
Proficient computer skills, specifically windows system
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. when needed
