SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Tool And Die Punch Press Operator for a large manufacturing client located in DFW. This position will manufacture parts per blueprint, or process instruction, ensuring all specifications are met. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20-$30 DOE as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts: 1st 8am-5pm Monday- Friday Responsibilities of the Tool and Die Punch Press:
Set up, adjust, and operate V&O, Minster, and Komatsu punch presses, including those up to 200 tons in capacity.
Perform tooling changeovers, install and adjust progressive dies, and draw dies, and ensure proper alignment and functionality of tooling.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and tolerances.
Operate in an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and tooling issues, coordinating with maintenance personnel as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications of the Tool and Die Punch Press:
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and setting up V&O, Minster, and Komatsu punch presses (up to 200 tons).
Strong understanding of metal stamping processes, tooling, and die setup.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to press machines.
Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
