SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Mold Technician for a large distribution center located in McHenry, IL. The Mold Technician will assist the supervisor in the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving incoming shipments, sorting & transferring materials, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery.

Available shifts include: 1st shift (7:25a-3;30p) Responsibilities of the Mold Technician:
Maintains uptime on tooling
Assist tooling manager with repairs to maintain tooling uptime
Performs assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
Tooling Maintenance
Completes predictive and preventive maintenance on all tooling, fixtures and other special equipment under the supervision of the Tooling Manager.
Reports visual defects in molds to Tooling Manager
Maintains toolroom and mold storage area in neat and organized manner
Assures that equipment and work areas are kept safe, clean and organized at all times
Pulls molds from storage needed for production
Stores molds after completion of job
Preferred Qualifications of the Mold Technician:
High School Diploma or GED.
1–2-years’ experience in Mold Maintenance, preferred
Basic mechanical skills and comprehension.
