Our Publicly Traded Machine Technology Client is looking for a Direct Hire New Business Development professional for our Machinery Division in the Northwestern Michigan Area. This Direct Hire position comes with a base salary, car allowance, and unlimited commission structure. Base Salary- 65KCar Allowance- 7,800 annual (650/monthly)Commissions- 50-70K PotentialComprehensive Benefit Package Sales Engineer Position Responsibilities:
Build relationships with prospective and new existing customers through selling CNC Machine Tools, and Trumpf metal fabricating equipment.
Plan and perform customer sales calls, assess customer needs, prepare customer quotes, close orders, and follow up on all related activities within assigned territory.
Monitor, manage, and report sales activities.
Sales Engineer Position Requirements:
3+ years of Field Sales experience in Industrial / Manufacturing/Machinery equipment.
Ability to evaluate product applications and assist customers with product scope, technical description, proposals, and project management.
Self-motivated, high-energy sales talent with the ability to work independently, with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to travel to offsite businesses and customer locations on a daily basis. Overnight trips will be very rare.
