SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Office Administrator for a client in Alsip, IL. The Office Administrator will ensure smooth office operations, managing correspondence, maintaining Accounts Receivables, and providing general support to both internal and external clients.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available Shifts:1st shift Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
Data and Financial Management
Input Daily Production Sheets & add New Customers in QuickBooks
Send Statements and Manage Accounts Receivable
Inventory Adjustments
Manage Online Orders
Print Reports for Team Members
Managing Communication
Scheduling and Appointments
Develop/Maintain Filing System
Order Office Supplies or Production Supplies
Provide General Support to Visitors
Customer and Vendor Management
Monitor Drivers' Activity via Verizon Connect
Required Qualifications of the Office Administrator:
High school diploma; associate’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required
QuickBooks experience required
Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred
Required computer skills
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Solid time management skills; able to prioritize
