SURESTAFF has immediate openings for Onsite Manager for key client in Dekalb, IL. The Onsite Staffing Manager is responsible for recruiting and hiring temporary workers for one of SURESTAFF’s top clients. The Onsite Staffing Supervisor is also responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining safety guidelines, and providing continuous support to temporary workforce. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment! Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity. Schedule: Variable schedule revolving around a 7am- 4pm baseline.Pay: 60k-65k

Responsibilities of the Onsite Staffing Manager: - Personifies our company at the work site
- Builds and maintains excellent relationships at all levels of the client’s organization and delivers exceptional service by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, and issues, and ensuring consistent quality
- Facilitates new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for proper transition into the assignment
- Manages and oversees daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance metrics
- Counsels temporary employees relative to attendance, productivity, and overall job performance
- Performs quality control functions to ensure the client is satisfied across all levels of their organization
- Maintains compliance to SURESTAFF’s operations, systems, and employee records. Ensure compliance to the contract between the client and SURESTAFF for background checks, drug screening, E-verify, billing, and any other terms outlined in the agreement
- Ensures accurate and timely information about the account and assigned temporary employees are entered into Avionte (ATS)
- Monitors employees for proper safety compliance and facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents at the site
- Manages retention, recruitment, and other value-added programs
Preferred Qualifications of the Onsite Staffing Manager: - Bilingual a plus
- 2-4 years of relevant experience working in either a recruitment, high-touch service or similar position
- Volume recruitment delivery experience preferred
- Flexibility to support client requirements as they may run multiple shifts
- Ability to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidential
- Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
