Location- Elgin, IL (On-Site)Shift Hours: 8am-4:30pm Top Manufacturing Company is seeking a dedicated Direct Hire Bilingual Manufacturing Sales Order Management Clerk Coordinator to oversee and maintain all EHS programs for our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. The Sales Order Management Clerk will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a safe and healthy work environment. The Manufacturing Team is looking for someone with Bilingual Manufacturing Sales Ordering Management Clerk experience, between 2 to 4 plus years of experience. Target Pay Range up to $23 per hour with a Comprehensive Benefit Package. Bilingual in Spanish is a must. Responsibilities of the Sales Order Management Clerk:1. Research and Maintain Orders for the warehouse/manufacturing facilities.2. Assist other regions with Open Sales Order Management Clerk functions and duties.3. Manage OOS items and create STO's to ensure product meets standards for customers.4. Skilled and Experienced providing supplier inventory levels with company software.5. Manage Large Retail Clients Shipping Schedule, Paperwork, Loading, Billing Process.6. Participate in process improvement S4 enhancement and troubleshooting events.7. Create and follow up on Help Desk Ticketing Process and System for all stakeholders.8. Participate in Morning leadership meetings and ensure items are staying on track. Inventory Management experience including but not limited to: Billing, Tracking Imports in Manufacturing & Warehouse Setting, Transfer and Sales Order experience with creation, troubleshooting and problem-solving on the Billing and Sales Side. Export receipt experience, experience inbound receipts, processing TO's, familiar with Yard Management and adhering to safety policies and participating in annual physical inventory.
