Job Description
SURESTAFF is hiring overnight Warehouse Workers for Factor, a HelloFresh company, in Aurora, IL. Factor is one of the fastest-growing prepared meal companies in the US.

Overnight Shift Hours:10pm - 6:30am
Pay Rates:$18.50/hour
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Worker: - Kitchen:
- Open boxes of raw veggies/meats and prep onto trays with proper spices and seasoning
- Food prep (chopping, slicing, portioning)
- Sanitation:
- Clean and sanitize all food production equipment and machinery.
- May be required to operate the dish machine as needed.
- Work productively and accurately.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Worker:- Cold environment of 35° F. Recommended to dress in layers.
- Previous food safety/kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift, lift 50 pounds unassisted, bend, stoop, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
